EV Power Equipment was founded on the belief that the power equipment industry needs viable options for environmental change. With emissions regulations continuing to evolve and safety implications rising for operators, alternatives to diesel-powered machines are essential.
Electric-powered equipment solutions have long been a vision of the future. The benefits that drove sustainable impact were resulting in compromised performance and increased cost. For a business owner, it’s impossible to justify the trade-off. In 2021, EV Power Equipment founders – Mike Allerding, Tom Allerding and John Schmersal – discovered a green manufacturer whose technology and innovation are solving these exact challenges. First Green Industries not only specializes in the electric power equipment space but their products meet or exceed the specifications of diesel-powered engines.
EV Power Equipment is an authorized distributor of First Green Industries skid steer loaders. The standard size – Elise 900 – and compact version – miniZ 400– are both 100% environmentally-friendly with zero emissions. Feature sets are comparable to diesel-powered alternatives but with the added benefits of being more efficient, economical and mechanically simple.
